What happened
The 148-key Park Hyatt Riviera Maya in Cancun is accepting reservations for stays beginning December 3, 2026, after earlier planned dates in 2025 and February 2027.
Why it matters: The project extends Hyatt’s luxury and all-inclusive expansion in Mexico, while introducing an all-inclusive format to the traditionally non-all-inclusive Park Hyatt brand.
