What happened
ANA will use Quvia’s platform to monitor inflight connectivity performance and passenger Quality of Experience across flights, aircraft and routes as it expands free, high-speed international Wi-Fi.
Why it matters: The deployment gives ANA evidence to identify recurring connectivity problems and guide future onboard digital-service investments, although it does not itself increase Wi-Fi speed.
