What happened
ANA Holdings signed a memorandum of intent with Regional Plus Wings to fully acquire AIRDO and Solaseed Air through a share exchange. The transaction is not yet final and could take effect on 1 April 2027.
Why it matters: The move would strengthen ANA’s domestic network and could eventually lead to brand integration, although both airlines are initially expected to retain their identities.
