What happened
Tecnam appointed Giovanni Pascale Langer CEO and transitioned longtime leader Paolo Pascale Langer to president. The new CEO will oversee international expansion, products and services, digitalization and manufacturing-process changes.
Why it matters: The transition places the third generation of the Pascale family at Tecnam’s helm while maintaining continuity in the president role; no aircraft-program or certification changes were announced.
