Israel’s Defense Ministry announced the purchase of AH-64E helicopters. The article does not state the final quantity or purchase price; a US approval nine months earlier covered up to 30 aircraft.
Why it matters: The acquisition would renew or expand Israel’s Apache fleet, with deliveries planned from the early 2030s and advanced radar and manned-unmanned teaming capabilities.
