What happened
Pakistan International Airlines signed an agreement to refurbish five Boeing 777 aircraft, with options for four additional aircraft. The work includes full-flat Business Class seats, Economy Class refurbishment, in-seat power, passenger-service equipment and interior upgrades.
Why it matters: The program upgrades PIA’s long-haul passenger proposition while extending the useful life of existing aircraft interiors.
