What happened
The University of Bologna installed IRIS at its Forlì Campus to support research and education, including aircraft cabin design, passenger comfort engineering and urban air mobility.
Why it matters: The facility enables full-scale virtual testing of aircraft cabin concepts, passenger comfort and human–machine interfaces without physically building each scenario.
