Axinom and Rosen Aviation developed a cloud-connected IFE platform using Rosen displays and Axinom software, removing the traditional head-end server and cabin data wiring.
Why it matters: The architecture could simplify retrofits and let airlines control personalized entertainment, commerce, loyalty and disruption services through the seatback.
